The Sea and Cake - The Fawn

I can't listen to the Sea and Cake without thinking of John and Grayton Beach.

I feel like everything good I discovered back then was from skateboard videos. Four Corners is the first thing I remember really resonating, from Ted DeGros' part in Mosaic. Mark Appleyard's I.E. part featured The Argument from this album which is another lovely track.

These days, The Sea and Cake makes me a little wistful but it makes me smile and yearn for the sea.
